We now offer free shipping for all US based customers!

How long will delivery take?

Products are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers. Most products should arrive within a week, but please allow up to 16 days to be safe.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your payment details are handled directly by our credit card processor (Stripe). This way you can make your purchase with confidence as your details are kept secure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email from us to confirm your order. After that we shall process your order with our overseas suppliers. Your order will be on its way within a week or two. If there are any delays, for example if items are out of stock, we will contact you and let you know.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you’ll receive an invoice soon after ordering.
